Cosmic Rhinoceros – Motion Design for the Dalí Museum
Interactive Motion Design Project: The Dalí Museum commissioned us to create a motion design experience triggered via smartphone, designed to enhance visitors’ journeys through the museum. The animation had to seamlessly integrate with the exhibition, starting from an existing artwork: "Cosmic Rhinoceros".
Concept: The idea was to personify the artwork and imagine a dreamlike journey where the rhinoceros detaches from its pedestal and explores surreal environments. Inspired by Dalí’s universe, this animation immerses the viewer in fluid transitions between different atmospheres, blending organic textures and fantastical elements.
My role: Storyboard creation and key scene definition. Illustrations and artistic direction. Animation of elements in motion design. This project was a unique opportunity to explore the world of augmented art, where digital tools enhance traditional works to offer a new dimension of interpretation.
